POSITION SUMMARY

 

 

This 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) club promotes physical activity and healthy habits in a structured environment. Students participate in group exercises, games and challenges that encourage movement and strength building. Primary goals include improving overall health, enhancing physical fitness, and teaching students about the importance of a healthy lifestyle through sports like soccer. 

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Organize and lead weekly after-school sessions.
  2. Coordinates with CLC coordinator for publicity, in social media and the school's web page to communicate with students and families about Soccer club. 
  3. Coordinates with CLC coordinator for  parent informational meetings including trips. 
  4. Creates member materials and informational packets
  5. Coordinates with CLC coordinator to recruits volunteers
  6. Organizes and offers individual, small group, and whole group instruction.
  7. Coordinates with CLC coordinator for equipment inventory. 
  8. Participates in professional development opportunities offered by the CLC program and Neil Armstrong Middle School. 
  9. Collects daily attendance through the EZ Reports system.
